When you submit
an order we'll make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise to you in a timely manner. If you have any questions about

In the event that
the item you ordered does not meet your expectations you may, with prior approval, return the item.
There is a 20% restocking fee imposed and the return shipping costs are your responsibility.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
You must REQUEST insurance at the time your order is placed.
We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by with post office if you did not purchase insurance.
If you purchased insurance, take your shipment including all packing materials to your local post office to file a claim.
